Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how DGT ("DGT," "we," "us," or "our") processes information when authorized users access our digital publishing tools and connect supported third-party platforms.
1. Information We Process
Depending on the features used, DGT may process:
- Authorization information provided through official third-party OAuth processes, including access tokens, refresh tokens, expiration information, and account identifiers.
- Basic account or creator information returned by connected platforms when needed to display the connected account and available publishing options.
- Media files, captions, hashtags, privacy selections, interaction settings, and other information intentionally submitted by an authorized user for publishing.
- Publication identifiers, processing status information, API responses, and technical records needed to prevent duplicate submissions and diagnose errors.
- Basic security and server logs, such as timestamps, request metadata, browser information, and IP addresses, when reasonably necessary for security and troubleshooting.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Connect accounts that a user has authorized.
- Display available publishing capabilities and settings.
- Process and transmit content the user explicitly chooses to publish.
- Check upload, processing, and publication status.
- Renew authorization credentials where supported.
- Prevent duplicate submissions and recover safely from partial failures.
- Protect the service from unauthorized access, abuse, or technical errors.
3. TikTok Integration
When enabled, DGT uses TikTok's official developer interfaces, including OAuth and the Content Posting API. Authorization is completed through TikTok, and DGT does not request or store the user's TikTok password.
Information transmitted to TikTok is also processed according to TikTok's own terms, privacy practices, developer policies, and platform rules.
4. User Content
DGT processes media and accompanying information only for the functions requested by the authorized user. DGT does not claim ownership of user-submitted content.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights and permissions required to upload and publish the content they submit.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed only when reasonably necessary to:
- Provide an integration or publishing function selected by the user.
- Operate infrastructure, hosting, security, or technical services.
- Comply with applicable legal requirements.
- Protect the security, rights, and integrity of DGT, its users, or others.
6. Storage and Retention
Authorization credentials may be retained while an account remains connected or for as long as necessary to operate the authorized integration. Technical records and publication identifiers may be retained for security, troubleshooting, system integrity, and duplicate-prevention purposes.
Information is deleted or anonymized when no longer reasonably required, subject to applicable legal, security, backup, and technical obligations.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect account credentials and integration data. Sensitive authorization credentials are intended to remain on the server side and are not intentionally exposed through the public browser interface.
8. Revoking Access
Users may disconnect supported integrations through available DGT controls or revoke the application through the connected platform's account settings. After authorization is revoked, DGT will no longer use the revoked credentials.
9. Access, Correction, and Deletion
Where applicable, users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with their use of DGT. Requests may be sent to ktga1dasilva@yahoo.com.
We may request reasonable verification before acting on a request.
10. Children's Privacy
DGT is not intended for children and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children through its developer integrations.
11. International Processing
Information may be processed in countries other than the user's country of residence depending on the location of infrastructure, connected platforms, and technical service providers.
12. Third-Party Platforms
Connected third-party services operate independently and are governed by their own privacy policies, terms, technical requirements, and platform rules.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when DGT features, legal requirements, or third-party platform requirements change. The date at the top of this page indicates the current version.
