Terms of Service

Last updated: August 10, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of DGT, a digital publishing workflow service that may allow authorized users to prepare media and submit content to supported third-party platforms through official integrations.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using DGT, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. DGT Services

DGT may provide tools for preparing captions and media, selecting publishing options, connecting authorized third-party accounts, submitting content through official APIs, and monitoring publication status.

Third-party platforms remain independent services. DGT does not control their availability, moderation decisions, account policies, API limits, or distribution of published content.

3. Connected Platforms

When DGT connects to TikTok or another supported platform, the connection uses that platform's official authorization process and is subject to the permissions and functionality made available by the platform.

4. Account Authorization

You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for maintaining account security and for revoking access if authorization is no longer appropriate.

5. Content and Rights

You retain ownership rights in content you submit through DGT. By requesting a publishing operation, you authorize DGT to process and transmit the selected content to the chosen platform for that purpose.

You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and legal authority necessary to use, upload, and publish the media, audio, text, trademarks, likenesses, and other materials you submit.

6. User Review and Publishing Choices

Users are responsible for reviewing captions, media, privacy settings, interaction settings, commercial disclosures, and other available options before requesting publication.

DGT does not guarantee that a connected platform will accept, publish, distribute, recommend, monetize, or retain submitted content.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use DGT to:

8. Third-Party Services

Your use of a connected platform is also governed by that platform's own terms, privacy policy, technical requirements, and community rules. If a platform modifies or discontinues an API or feature, DGT may modify, suspend, or remove the affected integration.

9. Availability

DGT may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, compliance, third-party platform changes, technical limitations, or operational reasons.

10. Credentials and Security

Users must not intentionally expose passwords, client secrets, access tokens, refresh tokens, or other sensitive credentials. DGT may invalidate stored authorization information when necessary for security or when application credentials change.

11. Suspension and Termination

Access may be restricted or terminated where reasonably necessary to address security concerns, unauthorized activity, material violations of these Terms, legal obligations, or connected-platform requirements.

12. Disclaimer

DGT is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or continuous availability of any third-party integration.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DGT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, third-party platform decisions, API interruptions, or user-submitted content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in the DGT Privacy Policy, which should be made publicly available alongside these Terms.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when DGT, applicable law, security requirements, or third-party platform rules change. The date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
